NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE TOWN OF BROWNSBURG ADVISORY PLAN COMMISSION Notice is hereby given, pursuant to I.C. 5-3-1-2, that the Town of Brownsburg Advisory Plan Commission (the Plan Commission) will conduct a public hearing regarding an application for Case No. PSDP-01-18-1592, a Development Plan to be known as Star Properties SR 267 DPR situated on 4.13 acres of real estate. The application was filed by Star Properties&Investments, LLC (the Applicant) for the purpose(s) of: obtaining approval to develop the real estate for commercial use, including a gas station, fast food restaurant and convenience store and a second stand-alone restaurant. The real estate subject to this application is generally described as follows: Lot Numbered Four (4) in Minor Plat No. 4, Lincoln Township, Hendricks County, Indiana, Plat of which was recorded March 1978, in Plat Book 9, Page 111, in the Office of the Recorder of Hendricks County, Indiana And more commonly known as: 2563 N. Green Street, Brownsburg, Indiana 46112 where all interested parties will be given an opportunity to testify regarding the proposal.
