FERGUSON, ET AL Defendant(s) NOTICE OF COMPLAINT TO QUIET TITLE ON TAX SALE DEED TO: Charles E. Ferguson, E. Margine Ferguson, Trustees or Successor Trustees of the Charles E. Ferguson and Estella Margine Ferguson Joint Revocable Trust dated September 25, 1991 and/or any persons having an interest or claiming to have an interest in the following described real estate: Notice is hereby given to any person who may, by any possibility, claim some right, title or interest in the following described real estate in Howard County, Indiana: Lot Number 330 in Forest Park Addition to the City of Kokomo, Center Township, Howard County, Indiana. Also: Eight (8) feet of vacated alley adjacent to said lot. Commonly known as: 1629 W. Walnut St., Kokomo, IN 46901. You are hereby notified that CTH, LLC filed a Complaint to Quiet Title on Tax Sale Deed in the Howard Circuit Court, Howard County, Indiana to quiet their title to the above-described real estate as against the world. Any person who, by any possibility, claims some right, title or interest in said real estate must respond to the Complaint to Quiet Title on Tax Sale Deed within thirty (30) days after the third publication of this notice, and if you fail to do so, the prayer for relief requested in the Complaint will be granted in favor of CTH, LLC.
