Calhoun NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Cass Circuit Court of Cass County, Indiana, in Cause No. 09C01-1801-MF-000009 wherein Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC was Plaintiff, and Chuck D. Calhoun a/k/a Charles D. Calhoun, Cass County Auditor and Treasurer and GE Capital Retail Bank were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 8 day of August, 2018, at the hour of 1:30pm, at 100 Court Park - Second Floor, Logansport, IN 46947, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Cass County, Indiana. A part of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 25 North, Range 3 East, more fully described as follows: Commencing at the Established Southwest Corner of said Section 3, being a P.K. Nail found lying in the intersection of County Roads 900 South and 1000 East; thence North on and along the West line of said Section and along the Center line of County Road 1000 East a distance of 1195.40 feet to a P.K. Nail Set being the place of beginning; thence continuing North on and along said West line and along said County Road a distance of 124.40 feet to a Pipe Set; thence South 88 35' 15" East a distance of 350.09 feet to a Wooden Fence Post; thence South 00 26' 15" East a distance of 124.43 feet to a Pipe set; thence North 88 35' 50" West a distance of 351.04 feet to the place of beginning, containing 1.000 acres more or less.
