Notice is hereby given that MARY LAUDICK, as Personal Representative, of the Estate of CHRISTOPHER G. BEDEL, deceased, has filed her account and vouchers in final settlement in said estate, together with proof of heirship and petition for distribution of said estate, and the Court has entered an order fixing the 3rd day of August, 2018, at 1:30 o'clock PM as the time for hearing on said final account, to be held in the above Court at the Court House, Brookville, Indiana. Pursuant to such hearing, the Court will enter an order or decree determining said final account, the persons entitled to distribution and the manner of distribution of said estate. Therefore, if you desire to object to such account, proof of heirship or distribution, or to be heard in connection therewith, you, and all persons interested in such Estate and in such petition for distribution, are required, on or before fourteen (14) days prior to said hearing date file said objections in writing and appear at said hearing, either in person or by attorney and make proof of your objections.
