Notice for Newspapers Notice is hereby given that I have, as the owner (or with the owner's consent) of the property commonly described as the address of XXXX Albert S. White Drive (approximate address (the "Site"), and legally described by the attached legal description, have filed a petition before the Whitestown Plan Commission, which petition requests a Concept Plan. Construct a 149,072 SF Industrial Building located within the AllPoints at Anson Business Park. This petition, File PC18-026-DP, will come from hearing at 6:30 pm in the Whitestown Municipal Complex, 6210 Veterans Drive, Whitestown, IN 46075, on Monday, July 16, 2018. LEGAL DESCRIPTION Anson North Building 2 A part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 18 North, Range 1 East, Boone County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter; thence South 00 degrees 32 minutes 49 seconds East (basis of bearings per Instrument Number 20110007540, on file in the Office of the Recorder of Boone County, Indiana) along the west line of said Northeast Quarter 580.97 feet; thence North 89 degrees 27 minutes 11 seconds East 62.14 feet to a northwest corner of the 52.761-acre tract of land described in said Instrument Number 201100007540 and the east right-of-way line of Anson Boulevard as defined in Instrument Number 200800000656, on file in the Office of said Recorder, being the POINT OF BEGINNING, the following three (3) courses are along the rights-of-way lines of Anson Boulevard and County Road 400 South as defined in said Instrument Number 20080000656; 1)thence North 00 degrees 32 minutes 49 seconds West 441.09 feet; 2)thence North 37 degrees 56 minutes 42 seconds East 40.16 feet; 3)thence North 88 degrees 25 minutes 13 seconds East 887.42 feet to a northwest corner of said 52.761-acre parcel, the following two (2) courses are along west and north lines thereof; 1)thence South 01 degree 34 minutes 47 seconds East 472.00 feet; 2)thence South 88 degrees 25 minutes 13 seconds West 920.93 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 9.924 acres, more or less.
