PUBLIC NOTICE The Peterson Company LLC, 7132 Zionsville Road, Indianapolis, IN 46268, is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5) to discharge storm water from the construction activities for the following projects: Park 130 at Corridor 65 Infrastructure and Buildings 1 and 2 consisting of roadway and utilities for Phase 1 and two Industrial buildings located in Perry Township, Boone County, Indiana. More specifically, the projects are located North of Whitestown Parkway, East of County Road 475, and Southwest of Indianapolis Road.
