NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice by the Lizton Plan Commission Notice is hereby given that the Lizton Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing on July 23, 2018 at 7pm at the Lizton Town Hall located at 106 Lebanon St., Lizton, Indiana, to consider an application by Larry Canada, case number ______ to allow the following: Approval of a Site Development Plan to include parking lot construction at 103 West Main Street, Lizton, IndianaOn property commonly known as 103 W Main St Lizton IN 46149 and also described by the following: LEGAL DESCRIPTION A part of the West half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 17 North, Range 1 West, Hendricks County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Section 28, Township 17 North, Range 1 West, run North 1318 feet; thence deflect East 30 feet to the beginning point of this description; run thence Northeast along the West right of way line of State Road 39, 177 feet; thence in a Northwesterly direction 130 feet to the point where this line intersects the South right of way line of State Road 39; thence Northwesterly along the South right of way line of State Road 39, 122 feet; thence run South 354 feet to the place of beginning.
