NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held before the Goshen Plan Commission for the City of Goshen, Indiana, at 4:00 pm on the 17th day of July, 2018 in the Council Chambers, Police and Courts Building, 111 East Jefferson Street, Goshen, Indiana. The public hearings will begin at 4:00 pm. MAJOR RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION, PRIMARY APPROVAL Petitioner:Spring Run Partners, LLC, and Progressive Engineering Inc. Petition:Primary approval of a six-lot major residential subdivision (Replat of Pickwick Village Fourth) Location:Lots 1 and 2 of Pickwick Village Fourth subdivision with a common address of 2017 Wakefield Road, generally located on the west side of Wakefield Road and the north side of Wilden Avenue, and zoned Residential R-3PUD (Planned Unit Development). COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT Petition:A comprehensive plan amendment is proposed to adopt the Elkhart and Goshen Bicycle& Pedestrian Master Plan as part of the Comprehensive Plan&Community Vision 2025, Appendix D. The Elkhart and Goshen Bicycle&Pedestrian Master Plan and Goshen Executive Summary are available at http://goshenindiana.org/planning-zoning. Copies of the proposals are on file for examination before the hearing during normal working hours of the Goshen City Planning Department, at 204 E. Jefferson Street, Suite 4, Goshen. The Plan Commission will consider all written objections to the proposal that are filed with the Plan Commission Secretary at the Goshen City Planning Department before the hearing, and all interested parties will be given the opportunity to comment on the proposals at the public hearing.
