Case No. PB-2015-62 NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY AT PRIVATE SALE Notice is hereby given that, in pursuance of an Order of the District Court of the County of Pontotoc, State of Oklahoma, made on September 29, 2015, in the Matter of the Estate of William Michael Carpenter, Sr., Deceased, the undersigned as the Personal Representative of the Estate of said deceased will sell at private sale to the highest bidder for cash, subject to confirmation of said Court, on or after the 13th day of October, 2015, at 10:00 oclock A.M. at 121 South Broadway, Ada, Oklahoma 74820, in said County of Pontotoc, all the right, title, interest and Estate of the said William Michael Carpenter, Sr., Deceased at the time of his death, and all right, title and interest that the said Estate has, by operation of law, or otherwise, acquired in and to all real property, situated in the County of Pontotoc, State of Oklahoma, described as follows, to-wit: An undivided 1/9th interest in the North half of Lot 1 and the West 3-1/3 acres of the Southwest 10 acres of Lot 1, and the East half of Lot 2 of Section 1, Township 3 North, Range 7 East, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma -- for Cash, subject to confirmation of the Court.
