NO: CV-2018-1354 W PUBLICATION NOTICE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: THE UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS OF ELLA MARIE GRIMES, DECEASED; You are hereby notified that an action has been filed in the District Court in and for Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, in Case No. CV-2018-1354 W, styled “FRANK JEFFERS, Plaintiff, vs. THE UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS OF ELLA MARIE GRIMES, DECEASED, Defendants”, alleging that Plaintiff is the owner of the fee simple title to, and is in the actual, open, quiet and peaceful possession of the following described premises situated in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to-wit: The West 30 feet of the East 330 feet of the South 660 feet of the West 660 feet of the West Half (W1/2) of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Eighteen (18), Township Ten (10) North, Range Three (3) West of the Indian Meridian, Cleveland County, Oklahoma. Plaintiff is also praying for an Order of the Court reforming that certain Warranty Deed recorded in Book 4175, Pages 1203, records of the County Clerk of Cleveland County, Oklahoma to include the above-described property. Said Plaintiff’s Petition alleges that you claim some right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest in and to the above-described real property, adverse to the Plaintiff, which constitutes a cloud on the title to the above-described real property; and that you have no right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest, either in law or in equity, in and to said real property. You are hereby notified that you have been sued and must answer the Petition field by the Plaintiff on or before the 28 day of August, 2018, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you, reforming that certain Warranty Deed recorded in Book 4175, Pages 1203, records of the County Clerk of Cleveland County, Oklahoma to include the above-described property, and adjudging that you have no right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest, either in law or in equity, in and to said real property and a decree quieting title on said real property will be entered in favor of Plaintiff.
