Tull, have filed a verified Petition seeking to quiet the fee simple title of real property located on the following described property located in Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit: A part of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section Twenty-One (21), Township Nine (9) North, Range One (1) East of the Indian Meridian, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Southeast Quarter (SE/4); Thence East a distance of 1500.00 feet; Thence North a distance of 2639.65 feet; Thence West a distance of 1500.00 feet; Thence South a distance of 2640.00 feet to the Place of Beginning.
