(Published in The Norman Transcript July 12, 19, 2018, 2t) NOTICE TO BIDDERS INVITATION TO BID NUMBER 1819-10 The City of Norman, Oklahoma, will receive sealed bids in the office of the City Controller, Purchasing Division of the City of Norman at its office, 201-C West Gray, Norman, OK 73069, until 2:00 p.m., local time, Thursday, the 2nd day of August 2018, for furnishing all required materials, equipment, tools and labor to perform all necessary work for the 24TH AVENUE SE WATER LINE RELOCATION PROJECT Bids will not be accepted after 2:00 pm at which time bids will be opened and read aloud. The project includes approximately 3,900 feet of 12” and 3,600 feet of 30” PVC Water Line replacement, valves, fire hydrants, and water service lines. Bidders are expected to inspect the site of the work and to inform themselves regarding all local conditions.
