LEGAL NOTICE The New Albany-Floyd County Board of School Trustees has declared the Building Trades House located at 4000 Fields Lane, New Albany, Indiana surplus properties and has authorized those properties to be processed for sale. The Board has performed prescribed appraisals and said property must be sold for not less than ninety percent (90%) of the appraised value. The Board has determined that the sale of the property will commence July 25, 2018. And will continue on a day-to-day basis thereafter for a period not in excess of sixty (60) days until the property shall be sold. The governing body may at any time and without further notice sell the property to the highest and best bidder. The Board has determined that it is in the best interest of the Board to place the properties in the hands of a real estate broker. The broker selected is Semonin Realtors, 812-944-9800.
