You are notified that you have been identified as an interested party in the Floyd Circuit Court, in an action entitled In Re the Guardianship of Carole Sherrod, Cause No. 22C01-1805-GU-34, by the person named above as Petitioner. This summons by publication is specifically directed to Bruce Sherrod, Robert Sherrod, and Linda Manion, whose whereabouts are unknown. Said cause is set for hearing on the 30th day of August, 2018 at 8:45 a.m. in the Floyd Circuit Court. The named Petitioners are represented by Kristi L. Fox, 409 Bank Street, New Albany, Indiana. The nature of this suit is that the Petitioner has filed a Petition for Appointment of Guardian over the Person and Estate of an Incapaciated Person in the Floyd Circuit Court, New Albany, Indiana. An answer or other response in writing to the complaint must be filed either by you or your attorney within 30 days after the third notice of suit, and if you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded by the petitioner.
