TAKE NOTICE that the Plaintiff has filed herein its Motion to Confirm Sheriff's Sale in the above entitled cause, covering th following-described real property situated in Cherokee County, Oklahoma, to-wit: REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT “A” ATTACHED HERETO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN BY THIS REFERENCE. Said property was sold by the Sheriff on the 11th day of July, 2018, after due and proper notice of sale, to Bank of Cherokee County, who was the highest and best bidder, at and for the price of $52,001.00, that being the highest and best bid made, and same being more that two-thirds of the appraised value of said property, after due and proper notice of the time and place of sale. The said Motion to Confirm Sale will be heard before Judge Jeff Payton in said Judge's Courtroom on the 3rd floor of the Cherokee County Courthouse, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma on the 18th day of August, 2018, at 10:00 o'clock A.M. You must appear at said time and present any objections to the said sale proceedings or the Motion to Confirm Sale will be sustained and the sale confirmed.
