Published in the Tahlequah Daily Press on July 22 and 29, 2018 INVITATION TO BID Sealed Bids for the installation of a HVAC system for the elementary gym will be received by The Independent School District No 06 of Cherokee County, Oklahoma a/k/a Keys Public Schools (the “Owner”) at the offices of the Superintendent of Schools of Keys Public Schools 26622 South 520 Rd, Park Hill, Oklahoma 74451 until 12:00 p.m. On August 14, 2018. (Bids may also be mailed to Superintendent, Keys Public Schools, 2662 South 520 Rd., Park Hill, Oklahoma 74451, but must be received within the time specified. At that time, bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. All provisions of the Oklahoma Public Competition Bidding Act of 1974 apply to this project and are incorporated in this notice by reference. Bids shall be sealed and marked on the sealed cover envelope: “Sealed Bid for Elementary Gym HVAC Installation.” Bids received more than ninety six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening of bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening of bids, will not be considered and will be returned un-opened. No bidder may withdraw a bid after the opening date. Complete sets of specifications and bid document may be obtained from the office of the Superintendent, 26622 South 520 Rd., Park Hill, Oklahoma 74451 on or after July 20, 2018. No bid will be considered unless it is submitted upon the bid form prepared by the Owner, which is included in the bid documents. Notarized, sworn affidavits of non-collusion and business relationships must be attached to each bid. These forms may be obtained from the Owner if they are not included in the bid documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or minor irregularities in any bid.
