NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC OF A TAX CREDIT APPLICATION ACQUISITION AND SUBSTANTIAL REHABILITATION OF AFFORDABLE MULTI FAMILY HOUSING Claremore-GMC Limited Partnership, Applicant, will submit an Application to the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) to obtain tax credits on the acquisition and substantial rehabilitation of a proposed Development, the name of which will be JB Milam Apartments. Said Development is proposed to be located at 1302 North Willow Drive, Claremore, OK 74017. There will be a total of 102 units in the Development: Of this total, 100 percentage will be rent and Income restricted units.
