HOOVER and MARITA HOOVER, Husband and Wife, if living or if either is deceased, their unknown heirs, successors and assigns, and AMERICREDIT FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC., d/b/a GM FINANCIAL, Defendants Case No. CJ-2015-319 NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE NOTICE is hereby given that on the 5 day of January, 2016, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the lobby of the Rogers County Jail, located at 201 S. Cherokee, Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff of said County of Rogers will offer for sale and sell for cash at time of sale at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, that certain property situated in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit: The South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 33, Township 19 North, Range 17 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof. subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at a value of $27,000.00. Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a Judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2015-319 in favor of T & N Properties, LLC and against Jessy D.
