(Published in the Stillwater News Press November 22, 2015 1t) NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Variance (PZ-15-2034) Special Exception (PZ 15-2034) It is hereby noticed that at 5:30 p.m., on December 3, 2015, in Room 1122, Municipal Building, 723 South Lewis Street, Stillwater, Oklahoma, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Stillwater will consider a request from TRD Ventures, LLC, for approval of a Variance to Section 23.150(c)(2)(a) of the City Code to allow a 10 foot reduction in the front setback for property addressed as 1202 S Duck Street, zoned O (Office) and a Special Exception to Section 23.67(a)(6) to extend the O (Office) zoning district to property addressed as 1208 S. Duck more particularly addressed as: Lots 1 and 2, Block 64, Original Stillwater, an addition to the City of Stillwater, Payne County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof. AND Lot 5, Block 3, Sunnyside Addition, an addition to the City of Stillwater, Payne County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof. At the above time and place, a public hearing will be held regarding such matters, and all residents and all parties in interest shall have an opportunity to be heard regarding the aforementioned matter.
