SHERIFF'S NOTICE OF SALE State of Alabama County of Limestone Under and by virtue of an Execution SM2011-396, issued out of the Small Claims Court of Limestone County, Alabama, on a Judgment rendered therein, in which Redstone Federal Credit Union is the Plaintiff, and Daniel P. Hardy aka Paul Hardy, is the Defendant, I, Mike Blakely as Sheriff of Limestone County, Alabama, will sell to the highest, best, and last bidder for cash at Public Outcry whatever equity the Defendant may possess in and to the following described real property, to-wit: Beginning at a point on the Section Line, 173 feet east of the northwest corner of Section 17, Township 2 South, Range 4 West, and from said point run due south 118 yards to east right-of-way line of the Elkmont and Athens Pike; thence northwest and along the east right-of-way line of said Elkmont and Athens Pike, 132 yards to the north Section Line of said Section 17; thence east along and with north Section line of Section 17, 39 yards to the point of beginning, containing about one-half acre, more or less, and being the same real estate conveyed to Herman F. Hardy and wife, Gladys O. Hardy by Fred L. McNatt on the 21st day of September, 1978, and filed for record in the Probate Office of Limestone County, Alabama, in Volume 765 at Page 284. NO TITLE OPINION REQUESTED AND NONE PREPARED. Said sale to be held during the Legal Hours of Sale, at 11:00 o'clock, Monday, December 14, 2015, inside on the 2nd Floor, East-side, of the Limestone County Court House.
