Cherokee, Claremore, the undersigned Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at time of sale, at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate situated in Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, to wit: LOTS THREE (3), FOUR (4), FIVE (5), AND SIX (6), IN BLOCK ONE (1), OF THE TOWN OF FOYIL, OKLAHOMA, TO ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF. PARCEL ID NUMBER: 2004-660028060 1205 South Maple Avenue Subject to taxes and tax sales the property was duly appraised at $112,000.00. Reasons [Deceased] and The Unknown Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Trustees, Devisees, Successors and Assigns, if any, Unknown Spouse of Karen D. Reasons, if any, Sherri D Myers-Baca, Unknown Occupant, if any, Karen D. Reasons, Karen Reasons, State of Oklahoma, ex rel., Oklahoma Tax commission, Daris D. Stimson, Sue Ann Stimson, Tulsa Federal Credit Union; were Defendant(s), to satisfy the Judgment of the Plaintiff and lien of the Defendant as follows: 1. To the payment of the costs of said sale in this action. 2. To the Plaintiff, the principal sum of $85,745.26 with 7.80500%% interest per annum until paid, and late charges as provided in the note, any amount Plaintiff may be required to advance for payment of taxes, insurance or preservation of the subject property, together with costs of this action; and 3.
