POLICY STATEMENT It is the policy of Mt. Vernon Countryside Manor without regard to race, color, national origin, handicap, or age. The same requirements are applied to all, and patients are assigned without regard to race, color, national origin, handicap or age. There is no distinction in eligibility for, or in the manner of providing patient services. All services are available without distinction to all patients and visitors regardless of race, color, national origin, handicap or age. All persons or organizations having occasion either to refer persons for services or to recommend the Mt. Vernon Countryside Manor are advised to do so without regard to the persons race, color, national origin, handicap or age. The person designated to coordinate compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act 1973 (nondiscrimination against the handicapped) is Tyger Downen, Administrator who can be reached at 618-242-1800.
