PUBLIC NOTICE The following Ordinances were passed by the City Council of the City of Fate, Texas on Monday, November 16, 2015. The Ordinances are available for review in the City Secretarys Office at 105 E. Fate Main Place, Fate, Texas. ORDINANCE NO. 1506 An Ordinance of the City of Fate, Texas, amending Ordinance No. O-1409 temporarily reducing the rate of speed to 60 miles per hour for vehicles upon Interstate Highway 30, within the corporate limits of the City of Fate; providing that all other provisions of Ordinance No. O-1409 shall remain in full force and effect; and providing for savings, severability and an effective date. ORDINANCE NO. 1507 An Ordinance of the City of Fate, Texas, authorizing the issuance and sale of City of Fate, Texas, Tax Note, Series 2015; levying an annual ad valorem tax and providing for the security for and payment of said note; and enacting other provisions relating to the subject.
