Box 4111 Joplin, MO 64803-4111 NOTICE OF OPENING OF FILING PERIOD FOR SHOAL CREEK DRIVE VILLAGE In accordance with the laws of Missouri and the Ordinances of Shoal Creek Drive Village, notice is hereby given that there will be an election on Tuesday April 5th, 2016, to elect three (3) Trustees, each to serve for a period of two years. Opening filing date is December 15, 2015. All interested parties may file for candidacy for the above listed positions during normal office hours, Monday through Friday, 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. CST except for Weekends or Holidays (12/25/15 and 01/01/16). All candidates are hereby notified to file their names with the Village Clerk of Shoal Creek Drive Village, MO prior to 5 P.M. CDT January 19, 2016 by contacting the Clerk for forms with which to file, and certifying to the Village Clerk that they are qualified to seek and hold the office they are filing for, by providing identification.
