NOTICE OF RECIEPT OF TAX ROLL AND WARRANT TAKE NOTICE, that I, Joann Chapman , the undersigned Collector of Taxes of the Town of Exeter, County of Otsego and State of New York, have duly received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes within the Town of Exeter for the year 2016 and that I will attend at 7411 State Highway 28, Schuyler Lake Town Building in said town from January 1,2016 to April 30,2016 on Mondays and Wednesday between the hours of 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and on Saturday between the hours of 1:00pm to 3:00pm TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that taxes may be paid on or before January 31, 2016 without charge of interest. On all such taxes remaining unpaid after such date, there shall be added interest of 1.0 per centum for each month and an additional 1.0 per centum for each month and fraction thereof thereafter until the return of unpaid taxes is made by the collector to the county treasurer pursuant to the law. If taxed are unpaid and a Second Notice of taxes due is processed, an additional charge of $1.00 will be levied and become part of the amount due. TAKE FUTHER NOTICE, that pursuant to the provisions of law the tax roll of the Town of Exeter will be returned to the County Treasurer of the County of Otsego on the 1st day of May,2016.
