NOTICE TO BIDDERS Palo Pinto Appraisal District is accepting bids for weekly janitorial services on a 5561 sq ft office building. Bids must be submitted before January 31, 2016 at 4:00 PM to: Palo Pinto Appraisal District Attn: Janitorial Services PO Box 250 Palo Pinto, Texas 76484 The following would be required to be performed weekly unless specified differently: Empty all trash and replace liners, Dust entire office and all furniture and equipment, Clean and disinfect restrooms and restock toiletries, Clean and disinfect kitchen area, Vacuum all carpet areas and rugs, Clean glass doors inside and outside, Sweep and mop tile floors, Replace AC filters (monthly), Clean inside of all windows (quarterly), Clean outside windows (quarterly), Shampoo carpets (quarterly), Clean light fixtures (as needed), Sweep parking lots and sidewalks (quarterly). PPAD will furnish trash bags, vacuum cleaner and reimburse for carpet cleaner rental.
