262 - Jan. 14, 2015 Notice of Public Hearing Concerning the Intent of the County Board of the County of Vermilion, Illinois to Approve and Execute a Lease Agreement in the Principal Amount of Not to Exceed $4,250,000 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County Board of The County of Vermilion, Illinois (the "County"), will hold a public hearing on the 2nd day of February, 2016, at 6:00 o'clock P.M. The hearing will be held at the Annex County Board Room, 6 North Vermilion Street, Danville, Illinois. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comments on the proposal by the County to enter into a Lease Agreement in the principal amount of not to exceed $4,250,000 with the Danville Public Building Commission, Vermilion County, Illinois, for the purpose of acquiring, constructing, expanding, improving, altering, equipping, repairing, maintaining, operating and securing the Public Safety Building and the Juvenile Detention Center. The payments required under the Lease Agreement will be a general obligation of the County.
