261 - Jan. 14, 2015 Notice of Public Hearing on a proposed Lease Agreement between The County of Vermilion, Illinois, and the Danville Public Building Commission, Vermilion County, Illinois. A public hearing regarding a proposed Lease Agreement between The County of Vermilion, Illinois and the City of Danville, Vermilion County, Illinois, as lessees, and the Danville Public Building Commission, Vermilin County, Illinois, as lessor, will be held by the County Board of said County on the 2nd day of February, 2016, at 6:00 o'clock P.M. at the Annex County Board Room, 6 North Vermilion Street, Danville, Illinois. The largest aggregate yearly rental payment set forth in the proposed lease will not exceed $12,961,110. The maximum length of the proposed lease is 30 years. The purpose of the lease is to acquire, construct, improve, expand, alter, equip, repair, maintain, operate and secure the Public Safety Building and the Juvenile Detention Center.
