A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for January 19, 2016, at 3:00 p.m. at the Administrative Center, 418 Fairground Rd., Neosho, MO, followed by a site tour. A public Bid Opening will be held at 7:00 pm, on February 4, 2016 at the Administrative Center, 418 Fairground Rd., Neosho, MO. Missouri Prevailing Wage Rates will apply.
