FLOYD, Deceased. No. PB-2016-5 COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING TO: ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF JOE ALAN FLOYD, s/p/a JOE A. FLOYD, DECEASED YOU ARE NOTIFIED that on the 13th day of January, 2016, the Petitioner, DELISA ANN FLOYD, 1900 N. "N" Street, Duncan, Oklahoma 73533, filed in the District Court of Stephens County, Oklahoma, a Petition for Summary Administration. The Petitioner has alleged that JOE ALAN FLOYD, s/p/a JOE A. FLOYD, age 60, died on April 30, 2015, domiciled and residing at 1900 N. "N" Street, Duncan, Stephens County, Oklahoma, and the total value of the decedent's property is less than $200,000.00. The Petitioner has asked that this Court order summary proceedings pursuant to 58 O.S. § 245, et seq. In an Order for Combined Notice entered herein, this Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order Notice to Creditors and issue an Order for a hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration and the Final Accounting and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Legatees, Devisees and Distribution. Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against JOE ALAN FLOYD, s/p/a JOE A. FLOYD, deceased, are required to present the same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Petitioner, in care of SCOTT W. STONE, PLLC, Arvest Bank Building, 729 West Main Street, Suite 200, Duncan, Oklahoma 73533, on or before the 12th day of February, 2016, or the same will be forever barred. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held on the 8th day of March, 2016, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., at the Stephens County Courthouse, Duncan, Oklahoma, before Judge G. Brent Russell. At the hearing, the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration and Admission of Will to Probate and the Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Legatees and Devisees and Distribution of the Petitioner. The Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Legatees, Devisees and Distribution will be filed herein at least twenty (20) days prior to the hearing aforesaid.
