NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE STATE OF ALABAMA COUNTY OF LIMESTONE Default having been made in the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Angel Daigle A Married Woman to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. solely as nominee for Platinum Mortgage, Inc. dated October 31, 2006; said mortgage being recorded in Book 2006, Page 73019 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama. Said Mortgage was last sold, assigned and transferred to Branch Banking and Trust Company by assignment recorded in Deed Book 2016, Page 500 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama.
