Atkisson and Nonie Watters, described as 420 fayette Street, Cumberland, MD 21502, 420 Fayette St.; Lot D; 25 x 100; 25, and identified as Allegany County Tax Account No. 06-028772. The Complaint states, among other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid. It is thereupon this 02nd day of February, 2016 by the Circuit Court for Allegany County, ORDERED, that notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this Order in The Cumberland Times - News once per week for three successive weeks, warning all persons interested in the property to appear in this Court by the 02nd day of April 2016, and redeem the property described above and answer the complaint or thereafter a final judgment will be entered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the property, and vesting in the Plaintiff a title, free and clear of all encumbrances.
