Hornbrook, described as 638 Columbia Ave., Bealls 1st Addn, 33 x110 33 x 107, and identified as Allegany County Tax Account Number 05-018218.. The complaint states, among other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid. It is thereupon this 2nd day of February, 2016, by the Circuit Court for Allegany County, Maryland, ORDERED, that notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this order in some newspaper having a general circulation in Allegany County once a week for 3 successive weeks, warning all persons interested in the property to appear in this Court by the 02nd day of April, 2016, and redeem the property and answer the complaint or thereafter a final judgment will be entered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the properties and vesting in the Plaintiffs a title, free and clear of all encumbrances.
