Phillips, et al, are the Plaintiffs, and Ronald and Karla Sue Harshaw Living Trust dated July 1, 2004, et al, are Defendants, for the following purposes: (a) Decreeing that the Plaintiffs, Austin R. Phillips and Tracie Phillips, husband and wife, are the owners, as joint tenants, and in possession of the following described real property situated in Stephens County, Oklahoma, to-wit: The Surface and Surface Rights Only in and to the E 1/2 of the North 26 acres of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 29, Township 1 North, Range 6 West, I.M., Stephens County, Oklahoma, and determining that you have no right, title or interest therein. (b) Determining that any interest you have or may claim to have in and to the abovedescribed real property is barred by the Statute of Limitations of the State of Oklahoma. (c) Decreeing the Plaintiffs such other and further relief as may be equitable and just in the premises. You and each of you are hereby notified that you must answer the Petition of the Plaintiffs, filed and on file herein, on or before the 1st day of April, 2016, or said Petition will be taken as true and a judgment and a decree entered against you quieting the Plaintiffs' title to the above-described real property as set out herein and set out in the Plaintiffs' Petition, filed and on file herein.
