NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission enter an order vacating Pooling Order No. 642275, which order conflicts with Order No. 595945, the existing unit pooling order for the Springer common source of supply, and designating the Doyle 1H-21X Well as a subsequent well under such Pooling Order No. 595545 for the Springer common source of supply underlying Section 28, Township 2 North, Range 4 West, Stephens County, Oklahoma. Applicant further requests that the order to be entered in this cause be made effective on some date prior to the date of the hearing.
