Each envelope should note Project Restore on the outside of the envelope. SALE OF LAND Four (4) tracts of vacant land, as is, currently zoned residential located at the following addresses: Property ID Address 71415 1609 Hemphill St Greenville TX 71223 3312 Henderson St Greenville TX 71151 2108 Hemphill St Greenville TX 71156 2107 Hemphill St Greenville TX The City of Greenville will only transfer a Deed once a Residential dwelling is constructed according to the City of Greenville Code of Ordinances on the lot and a Certificate of Occupancy is granted by the City of Greenville. The City will provide a Mechanics Lien, a letter on City letterhead or some other legal instrument to accomplish this task. This RFP is offered on an All or None basis for all Four (4) lots. All properties are offered on an as is, where is basis without warranty. After the expiration of the time and date sealed bids will be opened by representatives of the City in the City Council Chambers, 2821 Washington Street, and publicly read aloud. The City of Greenville reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals received, to waive technicalities and minor irregularities, to re-bid, to proceed otherwise when in the best interest of the City.
