NEW YORK STATE OFFICE OF PARKS, RECREATION AND HISTORIC PRESERVATION NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids for General Construction Contract D004838 for the Bathhouse Roof Replacement at Glimmerglass State Park, 1527 County Highway 31, Cooperstown, NY 13326, Otsego County, will be received by the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP), Central Region at 6105 East Seneca Turnpike, Jamesville, NY 13078 until 2:00 PM local time, March 22, 2016 when they will be publicly opened and read. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of: Contract D004838$6,000Six Thousand MINORITY AND WOMEN OWNED BUSINESS PARTICIPATION GOALS The following goals for MWBE participation on this project have been established at: Minority Owned Business Enterprise (MBE)13% Women Owned Business Enterprise (WBE)17% PROJECT COMPLETION The completion date for this project is 200 days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller's Office. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES The Contractor agrees, in the event the Contractor fails to complete all the work on time, to pay the Office Liquidated Damages as per the General Conditions, Article 14.10, for each day of delay in the physical completion of the work.
