DOCUMENT 00 11 15 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that sealed proposals in duplicate are sought and requested by the Oneonta City School District (hereinafter called "Owner"), for their Natatorium Renovation Project. Bids are requested in accordance with Drawings, Project Manual, and other Bidding and Contracts Documents prepared by Keystone Associates, Architects, Engineers and Surveyors, LLC, 58 Exchange Street, Binghamton, NY 13901. 1. A Pre-Bid Conference for all Bidders will be held at the High School Natatorium on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering questions posed by Bidders. Copies of said documents may be obtained from Dataflow, Inc. 19 S. Washington Street, Binghamton, NY 13903 (Phone 607-772-2001/Fax 607-772-3595) by Bidders upon payment of a refundable deposit, by cash or certified check, of $100.00 for each complete set. All sets needing to be shipped will be sent by UPS Ground upon receipt of a separate, non-refundable shipping and handling payment of $25.00 for each set payable to Dataflow, Inc. Bidders have the option to provide Dataflow with Bidder's UPS or FedEx shipping account number to expedite delivery of documents. Partial sets or sections of the Contract Documents for use by Subcontractors may be obtained from Dataflow upon making a request listing the drawing numbers and Project Manual section desired, and upon payment equal to the cost of duplicating same. No part of such payment shall be refunded. Bidders who have paid the aforesaid deposit for an entire set of Bidding and Contract Documents; have submitted a Bid with required bid security; and return such sets including all addenda, to Dataflow, Inc. in GOOD CONDITION within thirty (30) calendar days after the opening of Bids, shall receive a refund of the full amount of such deposit for one (1) set. All checks for sets of Bidding and Contract Documents, complete or partial, shall be made payable to the Owner. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bid Price, or cashier's check or certified check in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bid Price payable to the Owner. Each successful bidder shall be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance bond and payment bond. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of forty-five (45) days after submission.
