NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain Mortgage executed by Mickey W. Lovell and Donna Sokolowski Lovell, husband and wife, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (MERS), (solely as nominee for Lender, Platinum Mortgage, Inc., and Lender's successors and assigns), dated the 22nd day of June, 2007, which Mortgage was recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, in Real Property Book 2007, at Page 44841, as corrected and re-recorded in Real Property Book 2007, at Page 46190; said Mortgage having been transferred and assigned by Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (MERS), (solely as nominee for Lender, Platinum Mortgage, Inc., and Lender's successors and assigns) to Alabama Housing Finance Authority by virtue of that certain Assignment of Mortgage dated December 8, 2015, and recorded in said Probate Office in Real Property Book 2015, at Page 60509. The undersigned, Alabama Housing Finance Authority, as Assignee of said Mortgage will, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said Mortgage, sell at auction to the highest bidder for cash before the main entrance of the Limestone County Courthouse in the City of Athens, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on March 23, 2016, the real property described in said Mortgage, which said description is hereby referred to and made a part hereof, said property being situated in Limestone County, Alabama, to-wit: All that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 2 South, Range 3 West of the Huntsville Meridian, Limestone County, Alabama, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center line of Sharp Road on the quarter section line, said point of beginning is further described as being located due North 753 feet from the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 2 South, Range 3 West; thence from the point of beginning run due North along the center line of Sharp Road and the quarter section line for 145 feet; thence run South 89 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds West or 330 feet; thence run due South for 145 feet; thence run North 89 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds East for 330 feet to the point of beginning and containing 1.1 acre, more or less.
