LEGAL NOTICE STATE OF ALABAMA COUNTY OF LIMESTONE WHEREAS, on December 8, 2014, BCT, LLC, executed and delivered to WAREHOUSE INVESTMENTS, LLC a mortgage on real estate hereinafter described, recorded, in the Probate Office of Limestone County, Alabama, in RLPY Book 2014, Page 55074; and WHEREAS default having been made under the terms of said mortgage as provided therein, and such default continuing, the said mortgage is subject to foreclosure. Now, therefore, notice by publication once a week for three consecutive weeks is hereby given that eh undersigned, pursuant to the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder, for cash, in front of the courthouse door of the Limestone County Courthouse, Athens, Alabama, within the legal hours of sale, at twelve oclock noon on March 15, 2016, the real estate mortgaged by the said mortgage, situated in Limestone County, Alabama, described as follows: Units #101, 104, 205, 208 and 311, Bay Pointe at Bay Hill Marina, a condominium according to that certain Declaration of Condominium of Bay Pointe at Bay Hill Marian, dated March 21, 2006, and recorded in RLPY 2006, Pages 17679 thru 17742, according to the Plat thereof recorded in said Declaration of Condominium, in the Office of the Judge of Probate, Limestone County, Alabama. Said sale will be made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by said mortgage and costs and expenses of foreclosure, and the proceeds thereof will be applied as provided by the terms of said mortgage.
