Case No. PB-2013-120 ORDER AND NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION TO SELL REAL PROPERTY IT APPEARING to the satisfaction of the Court from the verified Petition of Bobbie J. Lewis and Betty M. Jackson, Personal Representatives of the Estate of Raymond Jackson, deceased on file herein that it is in the best interest of the estate to sell the real property belonging to said estate and described in said petition for the following purposes and reasons, to-wit: that such property is not currently occupied, the estate lacks money to pay for utilities and maintenance, that the property is subject to vandalism and neglect and will further depreciate if left in its current condition. Further that the estate needs the funds from such sale to pay the claims and costs of administration of the estate. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED BY THE COURT that all persons interested in the estate of the said Raymond Jackson, deceased, appear before the District Court of Payne County, State of Oklahoma, in the District Courtroom #202 thereof at the Payne County Courthouse, Stillwater, Oklahoma, on the 22nd day of March, 2016, at 9:00 o'clock a.m. and to then and there show cause, if any, they have why an Order as prayed for in said Petition should not be granted to said Personal Representatives to sell said real property of the deceased at either public or private sale for the reasons as stated in said Petition. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED BY THE COURT that copies of this Order and Notice of Hearing be mailed to all of the heirs, legatees and devisees of the said Raymond Jackson with postage thereon prepaid at their last known addresses and that a copy of this Order to show cause be published once in a newspaper published in this County, the first publication thereof shall not be less than ten (10) days before the date fixed for said hearing.
