(Published In THE TIMES, Mayes County, Oklahoma March 8, 2016) PUBLICATION NOTICE JD-2014-25 THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: DUSTIN BAYLISS, FATHER AND RAYCHELE BAYLISS, MOTHER. YOU AND EACH OF YOU, ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, the State of Oklahoma through Janice Steidley, District Attorney in and for the Twelfth Judicial District for the State of Oklahoma, has filed a MOTION TO TERMINATE stating with particularity, the facts, which being the children under and within the purview of the statutes of the State of Oklahoma relating to the children, and the relief requested, specifically praying for the termination of the parental rights of Dustin Bayliss and Raychele Bayliss, parents of K.B., DOB: 08/29/2012, the above named child and that control and custody of said juvenile be vested in such person, state agency or institution as the Court may deem to be in the best interest of said juvenile. Information of child, K.B., dob: 08/29/2012; born at Hillcrest Hospital, Claremore, Oklahoma. The father of the above named child is Dustin Bayliss, and the mother is Raychele Bayliss. FURTHER, that the above named parents, guardians and any interested persons must appear before the District Court in and for Mayes County, Juvenile Division thereof, in the Courtroom at Pryor, Mayes County, Oklahoma, at the hour of 9:30 a.m. on the 19th day of April, 2016, when and where the Court will proceed to hear the merits of said PERMANENCY REVIEW/ MOTION TO TERMINATE and grant such relief or make such orders as the Court deems necessary and proper in these premises. You are advised that the respondents, parents, guardians, custodians each other interested parties, and each responded juveniles are entitled to be responded juvenile are entitled to be represented by an Attorney at each and every stage of these proceedings. If a state of indigence exists, such parties are entitled to a Court appointed attorney, at public expense.
